What's important to a defendant in a jury trial is that they are given access to true due process.

Task: After watching yesterday's murder trial, explain and react specifically to your experience. Consider:
What did you see?
What did you think of what you saw?
Which side (defense or prosecution) presented a better case?
What concepts of a trial were presented and how did it better help you understand law...these could include:
-expert witnesses
-lay witnesses
-evidence
-heresay
-plea bargaining

BE SURE TO WRITE AT LEAST A 5 SENTENCE PARAGRAPH IN RESPONSE.
